P#470: Smiling new iBouc: not your average goat portrait.

Pfiouuu some photoshop work on this one but finally I'm satisfied of the result. Check the before post-processing, you won't be disapointed :D
Have a nice day!

PS: For english users, a Bouc is a goat in french with the same pronounciation as a "Book"...

  • Oh.. another self portrait!

OK.. sorry, you set yourself up. The depth of color is really well done. The eyes are great and captivating and that expression in the mouth is fantastic! You've done amazing things with animals. Well, the animal photos, I mean... each with such personality.

  • Very fun picture. The expression is very lighthearted. Great photoblog too - the before and after concept is really interesting.3ARK @ 2009-04-23 14:37:59
  • I think you've been a big heavy-handed with the darkening to the point that I can't see past the false dark frame. I think you've got a good shot there, just needs to be more realistic in your processing. Quite simply, it almost seems like the animal is looking down a dark tube!

The before shot is much much more enjoyable than the after.

  • @3ARK: Thanks :D

@Detour: I get it about the dark frame, I wanted to add some air around his face. I understand that you may don't like this shot/retouch... Buuuut ;) The before shot is absolutely boring for me :))

@Marc: Ahah comme si tu avais besoin d'être désolé :D Merci du passage et du commentaire... et À bientot :D
