Some words about the current picture:

P#420: Photo-montage of an elephant walking in a street.

Yep, another matte... Well even if I can't post a matte each time, it's actually my mood. The background was taken with the Canon 20D in Guadeloupe, and the elephant is from the Gramby Zoo in Québec with the Canon 5D. As you may notice there's some work here, the elephant masking was done using brush and channels, that was long and painfull (wacom 'tennis' elbow), but finally I'm relatively pleased with the result. Special thanks for this picture goes to Lomoseb and Marc. Thanks goes to all for your comments and support I really appreciate it. I have been nicely surprised by the last post visits, it breaks all my personnal records, that's nice, even if I'm conscious that more traffic doesn't mean better quality, my ego is pretty happy :D Another special thanks goes to Stumble Upon users, last post was clearly "pushed up" by this community (more than 35 thumbs up)... Thank you! As a SU user too, I did not imagine how it could be so powerfull to press the "I like it!" button :D Finally if you need some inspiration, I post, almost everyday, pictures I found nice and inspiring (this actually is my tastes of the moment...) at Laurent Batailley Images Clipboard Thanks and good night.
